Part of the reason is people like you saying that women's sports are awful... If more people were to watch and supports women's sports, then there would be better funding, better coaching, better development routes, and so the sport (for example your football example) would become more entertaining as the athletes would generally be better at it. For instance, to become a professional rugby or football player in men's sports, you generally have to start at a fairly young age and work up through all sorts of different levels of play. Whereas for women, a professional player might not start until 17/18, and can still work up to international level. So I think it's a bit of a catch 22 really...
Female skiers are often technically better than male skiers, who just really on brute force to get down a course.
Women are capable of more technical and complicated movements in events like gymnastics, figure skating and diving.
To say "women's sports are awful" is to show woeful - and deliberate - ignorance.
No, sorry to say it but this is the truth - on average, men are better at EVERYTHING in sport. It's just a fact. But it doesn't mean women shouldn't play sport or anything.
Hi, it is obvious that women are not as good as men at sport. They cannot run as fast, lift as much, swim as quick, etc. Women's combat sports are also awful, for instance while professional wrestling is scripted it involves a lot of athleticism but women's wrestling (except for some Japanese women) is atrocious. As is women's kickboxing and it is pure delusion and political correctness that is stopping people pointing this out. I sure hope that women are never allowed into the special forces as there is no way they could ever be as good as their male counterparts.

Male Sports go back to Greece and the Olympics, therefore there is a bigger tadition of man in sports. This of course, means masculine sport will recieve much more views since it is not as new, views bring money which attract media. Male sports, therefore, are more advertised and male sportsmen recieve more money; making the job of a professional sportsman much more wanted by men, guranteeing therefore much more competition. It is true that for biological reasons, men perform better in some sports and women better in others; we should take into account that many sports were at first created by men and take therefore their advantages to the sport. In fact women have many advantegous physical skills, like flexibility that are not taken into account as much in most sports. You can see this better in sports were there are ore women like gymnastics or artistic swimming were flexibility is important. If you ask me, it depends on what you are looking for, it is true that men are usually stronger and maybe more agressive but that doest mean women are less competitive at all!
First of all I think womens wrestling is definitely better then the mens.ALSO im a muay thai kickboxer and I am better then all the boys in my class.Im entertaining as I know a wide range of moves and tricks. So.………............………………...
