because i dont want to make a bad impression and look like an idiot in front of a girl i like so i end up regretting not talking to the girl later on when i find out that she has a boyfriend:frown:

I hope you don't live in Peckham or Brixton. You'd be in for a treat

Tower Hamlets may be worst than Newham but i put Newham as one of the worst places to live
Where are you from?
Why don't you put yourself out of your comfort zone?

It'll do wonders to your confidence. I did it and never looked back.

When you see someone, if there's something that you want to say, then just say it, there's no need to be shy or to overthink it. Start off by greeting people, I find that 'good morning' and 'have a nice day' go a long way especially when you smile and make it sound genuine, people really appreciate that. Make eye contact with people, don't stare at the floor. Don't avoid people. I'm not saying you have to become the most interesting or talkative person alive, all I'm saying is that there is no need to be shy or nervous around people if you have something to say. And you can talk to girls too, they're easily approachable. Again, I'm not saying you have to be the most exciting person.
What do you think of Boris wanting to enter Parliament in 2015?
