As it's says in the instructions:

Enter your UEA REGISTRATION NUMBER and UEA SCHOOL OF STUDIES at the
bottom of this form (your UEA Registration Number is shown on the welcome letter enclosed with this booklet)

I think it says something like "Student No" in the welcome letter, though:wink:

My letter only stated a reference number and a path number i think, so i just put the reference number and wrote on the top of the letter bit (not on the slip you fill in) that there wasnt a registration number.

Normally when UEA forms say registration number they mean a [usually] 7 digit number, but I dont think I was given mine till I actually registered... i'd say it probably means your UCAS number.

Hmn, here's the Campus Card Application form: http://www.uea.ac.uk/acad/campus%20card%20application%20form.pdf

I do hope that they meant the UEA Registration Number (and not the UCAS Registration/Application Number), since I simply filled in the 7-digit "Ref No" stated on the Welcome letter from my faculty of science (BIO).

It would probably be best if you checked with UEA directly, EllieR -- and then write it here (since I might have done a misstake myself:redface: ).

If they've told you your reg number already then thats what should go in there, as thats the only number which ends up on the card finally.

It seems so long since I did all this now.
Your reg no is given to you at registration. It goes on your campus card, what you use for exams, essays etc. It also is used passwords on the intranet.
it sound like you have been given the UEA no already, I honestly cant remember whether i got mine at registration or before. It goes on your campus card, what you use for identification in exams, essays etc. It also is used for passwords on the intranet.
Oh ive remembered, mine came in the welcoming pack and i think it came on the opening letter.

I managed to speak to the international officer on his visit to my country and he has confirmed that your registration number is the reference number you see on your Welcome letter from UEA. It is directly under the UCAS number at the top of the letter under your name and address.

Do undergrads need to send a copy of the passport, the exam certificates and some kind of health questionnaire (it says it on pg2 of the joining instructions)? did any one do so?
Reply 12
Only PGCE and MA in Primary or Secondary Education Year 1 students (as on the page) need to send the copy of passport and certs. The health questionnaire can be brought along with you during orientation to register with the NHS (at least I'm told) You must however send in your application for your campus card ahead.

PGCE and MA in Primary or Secondary is a bit incognito for me  am I one of these?
They're teaching qualifications.

So, did u send 4 photos, the survey and annex 5? just that, right?
You send 1 with the campus card form and the 3 left in the freepost letter aswell. I just put the ref no. as the number they wanted. Should be fine. remember to put the no. on the back of the photo that goes with the form.

I sent all 4 in the same letter :frown:
