Hmm, if it's the only year you've had to resit, and you haven't dropped out of Uni before, you should be covered by their "2nd chance" thing. Basically, they'll pay fees for the length of your course "+1 year". After that, you have to pay your own fees for a year, but I think it's generally the LAST year you have to pay yourself (i.e. probably 4th year).

Basically you should just phone or e-mail SAAS and ask rather than asking here, as they'll actually KNOW. They're generally quite helpful, I've found.
