Had a severe pain all day on my lower left side
I have has severe pains on my lower left side of the body, like right above my left thigh and been feeling really bloated too. I haven't eaten anything different to than what I usually eat and I don't need to go to the toilet. But tis hurts, what could it be? Its not a constant pain, it throbs, comes and then goes ike a heartbeat.

Nah not a stitch, thats usually in the stomach and I know its not that. Its front side. Nah on 15th day of cycle, so not period, not constipation I crapped this morning.

Appendicitis pain tends to be concentrated in the lower right abdomen.

My mum had peritonitis and i could swear that was on her left. Go to your GP and get it checked out.

It could be ovulation pain - I get this and it's rather annoying!
