If one misses their grades in their UCL offer marginally, what number to call UCL?

You're not supposed to call them unless it is to report exceptional circumstances that may have affected you. Instead you just wait for them to update your application and make a decision.

...Yeah...but I'm pretty sure people call admissions & sometimes, by the skin of their teeth, manage to call up & still get a place, usually if the course is less popular it's more successful.

There wouldn't be threads on, "Share your success story regarding results (despite missing your offer)," on here if that wasn't the case...
