You can tone your stomach if you do 100000 situps a day, so do the same number of squats a day and you will have lost fat in 1 week :smile:

but on topic - the above posters are right you cannot reduce spot fat effectively. If you do have fat all over, then a good workout regime will see you lose it in a natural way.
To slim down your thighs you will need to lose fat but this will come off from all areas of your body. This means a good diet and regular cardiovascular exercise.

In order to make the thigh area look better do some squats and lunges. These will make your leg muscles look more defined.

The good news is that legs respond really well to exercise so you will definitely see an improvemnt fairly quickly.

You don't even need the vacuum cleaner if you have a willing friend with a strong stomach and a good suck on them!
