feeling guilty as sin

last night me and some friends got drunk, then one of them (a girl) decided she didn't want to go clubbing so went back on her own, then was so drunk she got lost and broke her ankle. she says she was driven home by a stranger and that maybe something bad happened but it wasn't too bad. she won't tell me what and part of me thinks she's lying for attention but what am i supposed to do now? call the police? keep pushing her? (everytime i ask her she gets more upset) leave her to it? (she's emigrating in two days)
Not sure, it depends if she has a history of making up stories or wanting attention or not, obviously you cant force it out of her but encourage her to go to the police if something did happen.

i dunno.
your best bet may be just to leave her to it, say to her.. look i've offered to help and be your friend, which i am, so its up to you now. don't say i didn't help.

it may be what she needs to hear to tell you, but then again she may just take the wrap.

you can't do it all for her if you get me. she has to learn from what shes done herself, just support her if the worst comes to worst.

Well if she won't tell you what happened but she told you something I happened, I think she's hinting for you to pressure her into telling you what happened.

Why else would she tell you something happened but not what happened? Things like these don't make sense to me :-/
