Magdalen freshers!

I'm not off to Magdalen this October; or, rather, I am, but not as a Fresher. And not, in fact, as someone who'll be spending the year there.

To avoid further unncessary crypticness, I'm a second year linguist at Magd about to go on my year abroad in Russia but'll be around in Freshers' Week - check out this thread: http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=270587 for my info about the place and such and stuff and things.

But yeah, Tryl would make more sense, you being a historian. That'd mean that Eiram's your mum!

a friend (now 2nd year MHP at magdalen) of mine has told me stuff about tryl... affectionately calling him "the drill". is my friend full of crap, or are some of the things i've heard justifying "the drill" true?

They are in the Union?? that is the thing i am most looking forward to! And i hear he once turned up to debate in high school in an "I LOVE MAGGIE" badge - think I got appropriate parents Lol it will be fun! What do you mean by amusing?? It all sounds good anyway, I have crazy moments myself, so s'all good!

OOh you must know kimberley then. yes shes right though. But he's lovely and so's eiram so who evers got them as parents is lucky.

Also for people who dont know who their parents are, have you got your freshers packs yet because they should have letters from your college parents in them?

Hallo again Hannah.

I'm sitting in London. Bored. At least I'm off to Russia on monday. Woop.
BUT bumped into SO many people from Magdalen last night, though they were all second and third years. It was Becca Baron's 20th party in Covent Garden and my mates and I just randomly went to the same club. BUT there were 2 freshers there, Harvey and....Jess! Who had just flown in from Bangkok (jokes word...) that morning. Was bangsome.
