I got my results weeks ago (due to doing a BTEC course), but my university still hasn't updated my Track to "confirmed". Does anyone have any reason why this might be?

Have you notified the uni of your results? IIRC BTEC results aren't automatically transmitted to unis. If you haven't notified them, ring them up today.
