Once you get an offer of halls, a link to your 'Licence to Occupy' will appear in the On-line Halls tab on your PIP. Your room number is listed on there.
My offer was Unconditional back in July so I got assigned my halls then, but people who received conditional offers will be given their halls at the end of August. :smile:
