Room available in five bedroom house in Eastbourne

Four male third year students looking for a new flatmate to live with from September 1. The house is situated in town, close to Eastbourne train station and just behind the Eastbourne Arndale centre.
It is roughly a 20 minute walk to the Eastbourne campus, and Brighton is just a 30 minute train ride away (fast train) - Hastings 30 minutes for the other campus.

Rent is £320 per month (no utilites included), and our landlord operates a 10-month contract, so the last month you'd pay is June.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe, though you will have to supply your own bedding. Plates, bowls, cutlery and crockery are all included, as well as a microwave, washing machine, oven and fridge.
The landlord requires a £200 deposit, plus a month's rent in advance (£320).
