hey can i study m.sc in automotive engineering after i complete my b,sc in mechanical engineering?

It is usually possible to complete an undergraduate MSc if you do well enough in the BSc - check with the unis concerned.

If you mean you want to do a postgraduate qualification, I know nothing about these, and you will have to consult university websites for information on what the options might be.

Usually MEng requires a BEng
Though I can't personally see much difference between a Msc and a MEng in engineering.

I wouldn't think so.

MA to Msc is quite different though. The MAs usually have much less maths and more essay based writing.
