Severe stomach cramp every 4 - 5 months?
I am 30. I get these severe stomach cramp every 5 months. They last 3 days. I started getting minor stomach spasms, only in the upper abdominal area.. So, i was taking librax tablet, 2 capsules 3 times per day, but the pain getting so bad I can't sleep at night because I can't lie in a position without feeling severe pains. What this could be?

Past Medical:
single barium enema exam four years ago
Results:
******* colon, megadolichocolon in the right colon and mild redundancy in the hepatic flexure.
my doctor had prescribed me spasmomen tablet for almost 2 years, twice a day. Then he gradually decreased my doses as i became normal and regula plus drug for constipation.
what this could be?
