Ok guys...enough?

Oh im only joking about, I love queers really. Except for when they get excessively bitchy-but that can also be fun sometimes.

Reply 42

Oh well, maybe I can buck the trend

epitome: I'm sorry if I upset you. These were merely light-hearted jibes, and I really have no prejudices regarding sexuality at all. Again, sorry.

Oh and by the way dude, good luck finding a girl who'll let you indulge in the holy grail of anal sex in Cam! (unless youre prepared to plumb the vile depths of NATSCIS and Engineers who are desperate). We can but dream...

Enough with this thread already.

(We all know law is the gayest. We have the gayest faculty (and best) in Cambridge). With our own Cafe for all those coffee sessions.

shame they don't offer 'womens' studies', then you'd definitely have your answer.

I suspect you're referring to Dot Cotton's?

Dot Cotton's is the monthly event (of sorts) at the Junction; the LBGT night at Life/Club 22 has some other name: Unique last year, I don't know if they've changed it recently.

I know what it is - lots of my friend go. I was just suggesting that it was what he was referring to when he was talking about being gayer than Tuesday Life.

It sadly now hails by the name of Precious*

With the '*'. I didn't just slip.

St Catz. and King's are probably the gayest colleges I think.

can someone with a *lot* of time please use facebook to get some data on the proportion of homosexuals at each college?

Taking the stereotyping further...

Since all mathmos are semi-autistic men with untrendy glasses, knitted jumpers and a complete lack of social confidence, it would probably make sense for them to be gay since they aren't going to be too sucessful being straight :p:. No offence intended obviously - I'm an aspiring mathmo myself anyway.

I don't think that "semi-" should be there. Anyway my glasses aren't too untrendy and I don't have any knitted jumpers (they're too itchy). And how can you say mathmos are gay when they include people like Hardy, Turing and Newton?

well, turing was gay, so that would be why someone would say it. and let's just keep the word "say" instead of "accuse" in the sake of het/homo friendly relations.

Reply 54

I thought "accuse" didn't have to have negative connotations, but the dictionary agrees with you so I changed it. Thanks for the pointer.

You've missed my point.
