How to stop going red?

Ever since i was younger I've always gone red in the face, but recently say the last year or so it's been quite bad.
Ill be ok for awhile then if i do go red for no apperent reason ill stay really red in the face untill after i have slept and woken up. I also get dry skin on my face when ive had a shower.
Can anyone suggest anything?

I suffer something similar, if I get hot, or embarassed, or drunk, I go a lovely shade of crimson. It's caused by blood vesels being really close to the skin.

There is treatment for it, but it can be really expensive - it's laser treatment. I have always considered it, but I'm just getting used to it, and my friends know not to tease me about it.

I find it really hard to cool down too, especially after a shower.

I don't know if you're male or female, but my sister used to suffer from this really bad (you cant tell anymore cos she uses so much foundation!)

she does a lot of singing aswell and it got especially bad on stage. She used to use green foundation. If you use a thin layer of it and then put normal over the top it should help

A certain large patch of my face (cheeks) go red during exercise, or when i'm hot. It's really strange because the rest of my family don't have this 'problem'. I dont see it as a problem, merely a 'healthy glow' . But no sorry I cant give you any specific advice

If you're really desperate to stop going red I think there is an operation which involves cutting nerves that control blushing or something similar. I don't know if you would get it of the NHS.

As for the dry skin I'd just suggest a good moisturiser or something like that.

Gosh this happens to me - alcohol and/or hot environment =

To be honest, me and my friends tend to joke about it, it's like "how red can i go tonight". lol. Try not to let it ruin your confidence, at least it gives you some character :p:

Blushing is not rosacea. But thanks for the diagnosis.

murad has a really good redness prevention skincare system. i like it cause i feel the coolness on my face as soon as i apply it. look on their website if you want.. it's quite good.

I always go red whenever it's hot, if i exercise, or if i'm embarrassed...It doesn't bother me tbh, but if it happens for no reason i can see why it would become a pain..

Maybe it'd help a bit if you got a tan?

i go red easily also, i go red in cold weather, or if im hot, when im embarrassed or sometimes for no reason.

i use a green coloured cream as it makes you look paler. wear it under some foundation so you dont look green. its reall good and hidnig the red
