Hi.... I have secured a place at Queen Mary via adjustment, it was given to me on the phone and then they sent me an email to confirm that i want the place, i replied that i did. The thing is that it has not yet been updated on track and says that I am still going to my firm choice. Does anyone know what I should do? I tried calling UCAS but their number is not working for some reason. Any ideas of how long it normally takes to update such things on UCAS?

    Thanks

It's the uni that will send through the update; this can take a few hours. I'd check again mid afternoon and ring QM then if nothing's happened. We understand there were a few problems sending things through yesterday, which may be the issue.

Hey, i'm in the exact same position as yourself at the moment. I have applied to Bristol and received both a verbal and email offer yet I am still waiting on tenterhooks for my UCAS track to be updated. Did calling the uni manage to make a difference? or is waiting it out the best solution? I'm just paranoid about my offer being withdrawn.

Hi, mine has been updated now.. when I called the uni they looked into it and a couple of hours later it had been updated so its worth a call. They are very busy so it will probably be updated by tomorrow anyway

So you called the Uni directly? I'm not sure whether it's worth calling tonight or better off waiting until tomorrow to see if it gets updated. Glad to hear everything went well! Congrats.
