I'm taking Biology, Economics, IT and Business Studies. Now I heard that perhaps taking Business and Eco together may not be a good idea so if that's so I'd potentially change Business for Law - Does anyone have any insight on this? And would taking them together put me at a disadvantage when applying to Uni?

It depends which course and which uni, but yes I would advise against taking both Business and Econ - some schools don't even allow you to take both because there's significant overlap.
I will also tell you that from what I've heard, Law is seen as a weak A-level, and you don't need it for most (or maybe any) Law degree. But I haven't taken it and don't know that much about it, so you may want to do some research in that area.

I that case I might choose another A-level in place of business studies - I'd like to take one on that's a respected a level and would render me I guess, a more desirable candidate?
