I got A A A with all three being 90%+ UMS and a merit in Young Enterprise
I am looking to do the extended project during year 13 aswell.

Do you think I have a good chance of getting into either of these uni's for History that have these entry requirements?

Warwick AAAC
Bristol A*AA

Would a reasonable insurance be Royal Holloway AAB?

I think you'll do just fine!!

I applied for universities that wanted
very slightly above what I achieved in AS like you and they actually gave a conditional offer for less than what they originally showed.
