I still haven't received anything but an email saying they've received my application. This was a long time ago :/

It took almost two months for me to receive an offer. I think it depends on the department and the popularity of the course.

Can anyone tell me when student finance applications open up for this year. I'm still only seeing that applications for 2014-2015 are available.

GCSEs I achieved 3A*s 7As and 1B. AS levels I achieved AABB. :smile:

I've heard that Manchester's HORnet (the internet you get in the halls) is extremely strict- is it against the terms and conditions to stream movies/TV shows online (not torrenting or downloading them directly)?

Watching things like iPlayer (i.e. watching legally) is fine. If it's illegal outside of halls, it's against the rules in halls, though the extent to which this is enforced was always distinctly limited when I was in halls.
