    Hi!
I've finished off the year with an ACD in C1, D1 and C2 (respectively). My sister has advised me the retake all of the units - even C1 - as it will be easier to gain marks for the whole A level from the As modules. Is this a good idea or should I just redo C2 and D1 (baring in mind that my school makes the students pay for retakes and my family are in the mitts of some financial trouble). 😊

What UMS did you get in C1?

Normally people find C1 very easy once they have done the A2 maths modules, but it will be an extra exam you will have to do on top of all of your other exams.

Does your school not help you out a bit with the fees? When I re-sitted some exams and I couldn't afford to pay it all at once, I was able to do a payment scheme when I told my college how much I would be able to pay and when.

Yes (maybe not D1) but c1 and c2 will seem very easy once you have done c3 ad c4 so it will be easy to get a very good mark with minimal revision. You could take D1 but it wouldn't be quite so easy as you'd still have to learn it again and you have a lot on with other A2 exams
