I've applied for a course this year but missed my grades yesterday - my firm are still considering me as a near miss but It could take till Wednesday to find out if I'm accepted- my insurance has accepted me but I'm wondering if my place will still stand at my insurance even if I can't accept it till next week :/ any help would be appreciated xx

Contact your insurance and ask them how long they will hold your place for.

If they won't hold it until Wednesday, and you like your insurance, and don't want a gap year, it may be worth asking your firm to release you. This may happen more quickly than waiting for them to make a decision.

This is really poor behaviour from the university in question. Would you be willing to share which university it is?
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
