I won't take my cellphone with me so I wonder which option will be the best(and cheapest) if I want to buy a phone and get a basic plan? I have heard about Lebara and Lycamobile but I think I won't be able to choose between both with the information from the website merely.
    Any suggestions?

    Hello Salome,

The cheapest I've found is 3. Their plan on pay as you go is 3-2-1. 3p per minute, 2p a text and 1p a MB.

You can find operators that do bundles that are cheaper than this, but not by much.

However, they're not so good for international calls, which is where Lebara and Lycamobile step in.

Moreover, their reception can be spotty sometimes and you need a 3G equipped phone.
