    Hey!
I got my Aslevel results the other day. In politics and history I got 176 and 174 UMS points.
Does this mean I'm likely to get some A* predictions? These results are consistent with my grades this year.
What would you need to get an A* next year in terms of UMS?
    Thanks

For an A* you need 80% average over AS and A2, and a 90% average over your A2 modules.

Great thank you! Do you think getting 87% and 88% therefore puts me in a good position to hope for A* predictions then?

I think it puts you in a good position, but it's at the discretion of your teachers to predict you the A*.
