    So results day came and instead of getting A's and B's I got BCCC one C in my AS, im having that as remarked as i was two marks off a B (psychology) but I need at least ABB or AAB next year to get to Loughborough or Cardiff uni! Help guys will I be able to do it!?

    Yup just work hard and retake if you need to.

    retake your lowest modules, drop the irrelevant subject ( one of the Cs) and work your ass off

    you should get a prediction of ABB though now, but you can always go to adjustment

    The unis look at the AS results during the application. Whether they offer you a place has nothing to do with A2 and everything to do with AS as the A2 results are unknown at the time. The only thing you can do is resit the AS levels or ask your teacher to offer an inflated predicted grades. They may still offer you a place then. Good luck.

    hmm well lets hope I bring up my grades at A2 and get into the uni's through clearing, thanks for your time!

    I went from a C to an A* in psychology - retook one unit, got a tutor and worked my ass off! So it can be done
