i'm assuming that since you're posting here, you have no other half to ... ahem... take care of the matter for you?

if not, maybe watch a film or read a book or do some colouring in - something mindless?

Do any of you ever feel good and then actually gave your brain feel that you shouldn't? Not so much that you don't deserve it but that it is threatening to feel good? I've had a nice time out with my mates at the pub and was unusually confident (even started conversation with strangers). I think the walk there helped. I get like this sometimes. But now I feel like that went so well, something must be wrong with the world! i especially feel like I 'shouldn't' have exercised because gym OCD and that part of me is telling myself off for doing something that makes me happy calm and confident :s-smilie:

Trying to tell my brain to **** off cos I'm enjoying the moment

This is THE place for weirdos! (Sorry, mates...) Hm, find something you like to do and just concentrate on that? And allways remember that even if you were that ugly, it does not hinder you to participate! People need your smile, your happiness, your friendship more than anything else! They are not killed by looking at you! And furthermore, just a close nitted bunch of friends can give you enouh reaosons to enjoy yourself your lifetime!

I'd like to help... Have you tried to write down all symptoms and how they affect you? Wether you get treatment or not, does also depend on the impact it has on your life, so maybe you just need to take another approach. And who is "nobody"? ... Anyway, I hope it will work out for you.
