I wish I could help but I know nothing about doing external exams. Although, Have you talked to your teacher about any schools that offer them or some kind of website or organisation that help you find schools that offer them, maybe they can help.

Yeah I found 2 schools nearby me so that is awesome. Thank you so much, really appreciate it;'] I found out on the AQA website, so that's good;']

It's nearly midnight. I'm sleepy and unobservant!

You're not the only year 12 on here
Well, I finally got my results...

3 A*s, 6 A's and 2 B's.

Not really sure what to make of them...

To be honest I think it depends what you got in each subject.

What subjects did you get A*s and Bs in?

Sounds pretty good to me. You still have about five months to pull up those B grades so you'll be fine
Got mocks back today - 6A*s 2As. Really pleased - although one of the A's was general studies :colondollar: and we didn't do a biology or chemistry mock which would have inevitably lowered the average grade :mmm:
hiii everyone

I'm taking: Maths, Add Maths, English (lit and lang), Triple Science, AQA B History, French, Latin, Greek and Music. Last year I took short course RS and this year I'm doing a research project which counts as a short course.

After GCSEs: I want to continue at my school doing English Lit, Physics, French, Latin and an EPQ. Then hopefully Psychology at Cambridge.
I want to be - a criminal barrister, criminal or clinical psychologist, or a journalist. Idk yet, most likely a barrister though :P
Is anyone here applying for the Arkwright scholarship?

Aww, thank you for your advise. I really appreciate it, and you know, I don't think I will drop it. You are right, I worked hard in it and I have already done 2 CAs. So yh. But German is an issue, because my school actually doesn't do it; literally, I was the only one in my year to do it. Plus my school is being horrible, and they said that they do not want me to retake my German GCSE. This is a problem because I then need to apply to be an external student, and I have to find schools that are willing to accept my German retake. So... any suggestions or what??//

I'm sure a neighbouring school which does German would let you sit your exam there..you might need to pay though! I'm not sure. Ask around

Any traditional subjects, with probably at least one essay subject.
