I am studying in the University of Bristol and ready to finish my degree this summer. A month ago I was playing the piano at the St Pancras station, and there was an elderly lady with a lovely straw hat, green shoes and grey pants standing besides the piano, who listened to my playing for quite a long while one piece after another. After my finishing last piece and ready to head off for the underground with my girlfriend, she elegantly walked up to us smiling, holding my both hands saying "The last time I saw someone play like that was my father...and you just also look like him." As my girlfriend (who recorded this video) told me afterwards, the lady had tears in her eyes while simply quietly standing there paying her kind and generous attention to my piano playing.

She told us before leaving that her name is Christine. I would like to see her again and play the piano for her before my leaving this country for my hometown on the opposite side of the globe in September this year. While not certain, I believe she would be a Londoner (due to her light belongings and walking towards underground without other younger family members around). This video was recorded on the 24th July, and if by any chance you know the warm and adorable elderly lady in this video, whose father played the piano for her when she was a girl, please inform me if possible at any time. I will appreciate it with all my gratitude.

If she's a Londoner it might be worth putting this in the Metro newspaper, in the "Good Deed Feed" section. Even if she doesn't see it, someone else might recognise her. It's worth a try!

Meh, not really into that virtuoso playing. Generally really lacks soul.
