It would depend on your predicted grades and if you would be able to get the grades up to AAB or ABB, you would need to get really high grades in every test for the UMS marks to add up.

Resitting more than one AS exam in A2 is a lot of work and I wouldn't really recommend it, although I do know people that have pulled it off. I can imagine it would be difficult to revise AS stuff as well as A2.

I an offer from an ABB course with bccu grades at AS-level, but I found it harder in A2 to get the grades I needed so am redoing A2.

It sounds horrible, but you should think about redoing your AS year and working harder to get better grades, then it'll be easier in your A2 year and you could even get unconditional offers from your uni if you get like 3 A's. Also yuou'd probably be a lot more motivated if you redid the year. My friend slacked off in AS and got love grade so redid the year and got A's and high B's in maths, business and economics.
