Business Studies features on the list of non-preferred subjects and I do Business and Economics. Will this put me at a disadvantage to other applicants.

Depends on which subject you're applying for maybe. Just sharing my own experience but I did business studies and I got an offer for social policy.

Read LSE's Admissions Criteria - Subject Combinations carefully, for the degree you wish to apply. LSE is very specific and detailed on this.

I think you're allowed to have one non-preferred subject? I had one and they accepted me.

I think as long as your other A-Level is a strong, preferred subject that you've got a good grade in (history, maths or English say) then you should be 100% fine
