Basically I've accepted a place at uni starting this September. It's all been confirmed, however when I applied they couldn't get my grades through UCAS for whatever reason. I've just completed my A Levels so I don't have my certificates either, but when I spoke to them today they said they needed my certificates to enrol me on the course. What can I do?

So it's not been confirmed until you can prove your grades as I understand.

Well first of all you would tell the person on the phone that nobody would get certificates until around November time and they know this. So, then they'll probably tell you show them you grades slip (the one you received on results day) by some means. You just need to speak to them and see what they actually want you to do.

Good luck and please quote on reply.

If worst comes to worst you could speak to your sixth form college/school and ask them to confirm your grades to the university via e-mail or something.

Thanks for all the help guys! It's all sorted now, they just said they needed official confirmation of my results from school. I asked my schools exams officer what to do and she has emailed them
