    I'm studying... LLB Law

I'm interested in... Tort law, essays and questions

I'm thinking about... Am working on two seen tort essay questions

    1) critically assess the distinction between acts and statements in cases of pure economic loss

    2) The Defamation Act (2013) introduces changes shifting the balance between free speech and right to reputation in favour of free speech.’ Critically discuss this statement.

Would really appreciate some help as need to do two problem questions in exam that I need to revise for too.

    Thanks,
