Difficulty applying for accommodation after 72hrs!

On results day I firmed my insurance offer for Glasgow Uni, and was told I had to wait 72 hours before I could even begin to apply for my accommodation. It has been 3 days and the uni website is still telling me that my student record can't be found! Given that the deadline for accommodation applications is in less than a week, and the residential services haven't answered any of my calls, I'm beginning to panic a bit!

Has anyone else had trouble with this?

It's actually 3 working days as opposed to 72 hours so you have to take the weekend into consideration
