    I just got my results, and i got BBC (business studies, DT, Physics) and an E in maths, i can do all the maths required for AS Maths but i always panic and mess up the exams (second time doing AS same result last time, teachers and school agree with this)
    I was really looking forward to do some sort of environmental engineering or civil engineering with a focus on the environment, however due to me failing the maths exams again i'm going to have to drop maths.
    Is there any way to do engineering without maths and if not, what courses could i do similar to these courses without a maths A-level at a good university? :confused:

    You would probably have to apply to do civil engineering with a foundation year, because of ur lack of maths. Then main thing about engineering is that it involves A LOT of maths so I doubt that for this course, universities will be willing to except you without having an A-Level in maths. Try searching for Uni's regarding what I mentioned above and see their entry requirements;
    Eg http://www.tees.ac.uk/undergraduate_...-_Extended.cfm

    You really do need the maths as a requirement, i agree with foundation entry.
