I know it will be different between deaneries, but does anyone know what the format of these has been in the past? Topics? Who do you present to?

I'm interested to know more about this too.

p.s. AFP posts will be made available on August 25th. Someone should start a FPAS / AFP thread for 2014/15!

    I started a bit early!

I'm interested in AFP too. I don't think you have to do a presentation everywhere. Some places there is a casual interview, others a formal research and clinical mini-OSCE style interview. I think they will put up the information on the relevant deanery websites soonish. I'm planning on checking all the jobs on the FPAS website to see if there are any I like then going to check out their application process/person specification. There were some good articles on the AFP in Student BMJ fairly recently.

Thanks for the replies so far! Also, what extra evidence of achievements are they looking for on the AFP part of the application?
