Changing university (clearing) FAST

I applied for Student finance in February with no problem's getting it approved.
Unfortunately, I didn't make it into my firm choice University and stupidly miss-read UCAS track and thought I had got into my insurance choice, so I changed the details on Student finance straight away (around 8:30am on Thursday 14th August).
Ten minutes later I realised that my insurance choice hadn't actually made a decision yet and it wasn't until 11:45am that I went into clearing.
I now have a place at a different university, but when I try to change it online it says I must send off a change of circumstances form to do so. I'm guessing this is because my first change hasn't yet been approved (nor will it be, as it is incorrect), is there a way that I can change my details online as I really can't wait 6 weeks or more for funding, as I start university in 3 weeks with only £100 to my name.
I realise I should have been less hasty in making changes, but I am just wondering if there is any way I can cut down the time it will take to change my details.
