17 and clubbing in Marbella?

Sorry wasn't sure what forum to put this in... The girls and I will be going to Marbella this week and hope to go clubbing a couple of times. We are 17 and neither of us have fake ID I was just wondering to anyone that has been there how strict they are and if it's easy to get in in a group if we dress up? Thanks
When I went there, some places check, some places don't. It depends if you're lucky.

You can give it a go, but I would recommend you wait til 18, because there's no point in travelling all the way there and only get in to the rubbish places.

Where abouts, puerto banus or actual marbella?

puerto banus can be quite strict, my gf and I both get Id'd and were 24 haha

marbella isnt as strict but some places do

I wouldn't count on getting in to be honest.
You could there to enjoy the beach, shopping, watersports and scenery. You don't have to go clubbing but Marbella is having a clamp down on underage drinking and teens have been known to get arrested for it so I would wait until you're 18.
When we went didn't get ID'd for anything. You should be fine!

Can you tell me more about this 'clamp down' I'm kinda worried now!! D: my friends just innocently want to go clubbing a couple of times and people in places like Magaluf have no trouble so was just wondering... If we try and fail that's fine hope we don't get arrested :s

I had friends go and you had police on street corners randomly breathalysing teenagers and checking ID's in detail. Arrests were made if someone had alcohol in their system but a fake ID or no ID. Clubs are being fined more for not checking ID's properly so there's been an increase in professional training to spot fake ID's. Some clubs require ID along the lines of an EU approved ID card, passport or driver's ID as they're more standard and easier to spot a fake. Silly behavious which before would have been let go is now arrestable, chargeable and fineable. This would include being sick in the street is now an offence for litter, the same is for urinating, damaging property is punished more, swimming in the seas after beaches have closed (some don't close) is punishable and very often done as it's cheaper to have cops patrolling the shores of hotspots than it is to continually resuce drunk people being taken out to sea in a current. SWearing, shouting, revealing yourself to people is all fineable and common now if the police catch you. It's all along those lines. Huge increases in what is now a public order offence have come into operation and more police are patrolling. If the police catch you, you will be fined and charged, they will not give you a free pass just because it's your first time. It's all zero tolerance.

Places like magaluf, malia etc are different in that i guess theyre used to underage drinkers from the UK, from what I know marbella is a mix of families and people clubbing so the rules are enforced more.

All you can do is TRY and get in to the club in Marbella... if you get turned away by the bouncers then TRY somewhere else, nothing wrong with trying in different clubs. Act confident when you are in range with the bouncers, if you can say something to them when you are close to them then do but make it quick, you are showing confidence and showing that you have nothing to hide.
I am going in August and trying everywhere. Who waits till they turn 18.😂

did it work, and if so where.
I live in Marbella and as a 17 year old I can assure you will not get ID in any bars but clubs they sometimes ID it depends on why club, what area and how busy it is- like now is peak season so it’s very wishy washy and you just gotta try your luck xx
Hi im going to magaluf/palma this summer, do you think they will be strict on id ? most of my friends will be 18 but I am 17.
