how do u know when a verucca has really gone?

right, a few weeks ago i posted asking how to get rid of veruccas. after some heafty treatment of wartner and banana skins and eta tree oil, i think one of the biggest ones has actually gone...but i dont wanna get too complacent as this is WAR and i dont want it to sneak back up on me. so how do u knowif one has really gone? theres something that looks like it could be a scar from where the veruccas were ... but could that be a verucca waiting to attck me again, or could it be gone? i hate them so much....grrrr....
