For me it's gotta be the verve, Don't get me wrong but in the words of Chris Martin, Ashcroft for me is one of "the best singers in the world" The Verves songs are spine tingly and Blur are more an easy listening kinda thing.. Not taking 'Out of Time' into my judgement which is in my opinion Blur's best song.

Excellent, the verve are winning! I agree with the above post, Blur are ok for listening to on the bus, but that's about it for me, whilst the verve are quality.
