A guy flirts with me, but he's got a girlfriend already
Is this a ethical dilemma? a guy flirts with me at work and he seems like an alright guy but the only problem is that I found out he has a girlfriend already so what kind of guy do you think this is? Could he be an okay person, only he's developed feelings for me, we get on really well and wants to investigate or is he a potential philanderer who is sowing his wild oats?
As the potential mistress of sorts, if I went ahead a continued developing this 'thing', am I at fault or is it his fault for philandering?
Why do people flirt at work, with no intention of letting it develop outside of work? Why do they do that? Are they not getting enough attention in the home?

Some people are care-free when it comes to things like flirting. It's harmless fun. Maybe it's a little weird if the guy has a girlfriend but if he's in a relationship it's not your place to come on to him.

He probably is just bored and having fun. He could be being friendly and you interpreting it wrong, or just like giving out compliments.
You can flirt with whoever you want, without the intention of developing any further.
Unless he puts his tongue down your throat, it's really not a big deal.
