Would it be too risky to leave out environmental and business ethics?

I am purely because we only really brushed over them in class and I feel pretty confident on the other topics, hopefully they don't come up anyway!

I'm not sure, I think Nature and Attributes of God is my least favourite but I'll probably just revise them all anyway just in case. What about you?

has anyone on here gotten a B at AS and aiming for an A overall?

Yep I am! I only need to get a B though, but would be nice to get an A. I need AAB for university, but I'm quite confident that I'll get A/A*'s in my other two subjects
If I have a solid C in AS and just scrape a B at A2 what grade would I get overall?

do you have any idea on what I would need to get to get the A?

All depends on your UMS score from last year. For example, you need 320/400 UMS to get an A, so if you got 155 UMS last year (B), you would have to get 165 UMS this year, about 82.5 UMS on each paper (so a low A on each paper.) Hope this helps
Been looking at the predictions, and this is one of them:-
To what extent does analysis of the uses and purpose of religious language overcome the criticisms of the logical positivists? (35)

Does anyone have any ideas how you would tackle this, please?

Thank you

This is basically a very awkwardly worded question that is a lot nicer when broken down. Ultimately, this question is actually asking: to what extent do the benefits of religious language overcome the criticisms.

Verificationism was invented by the Logical Positivists - only statements that can be empirically confirmed are valid - so this essay revolves around this principle and its ability to refute religious language. Challenging this view is theories that support the existence and credibility of religious language. Both sides must be evaluated to decide whether the given essay question should be supported or challenged overall.
