How to live a VERY LONG life?

As title says

- What should I take daily? Like superhealthy stuff like Spirulina, Goji, fresh fruit juices etc.

- What is the right lifestyle?

The ususal stuff. Do lots of sport, minimise the consumption of fast food, drinking and processed food. Obviously no drugs or smoking. Eat vegetables, fruits, make sure you get all the nutrients you need.
Get enough sleep and drink enough water. Also, imo it might be useful to have some rest sometimes like have a calm walk outside to breath some fresh air or listen to music.

Why would you want to live a very long life?

Wouldn't you rather live a fulfilling life?

For the most part, you just have to be very lucky.

There are a million things that will kill you, and some of them you can control, but a lot of them you can't.

On some of those things you can do things to reduce your risks, but there's nothing you can do that will guarantee you a long life.

There are people who eat as healthy as possible and exercise regularly, and die in their 30s from cancer.

There are also terribly obese heavy smokers that eat 6000 calories a day with no exercise at all, and live to their 90s.

Also, people have different genetic predispositions to getting various serious genetic diseases (cancer, some mental illnesses, heart diseases, etc), and for many of them there's simply not much you can do.
