How close am I to the next grade? *Please help me*

With GCSE results and the grade boundaries out, Ive been able to work out what grade I got for each exam I took. But what I want to know is how many marks was I off the next grade overall.

I still don't get it. Can somebody help me work out how many marks I am off till the next grade? Ive been able to use the grade barriers to work out individually in what I got in each exam but not for the overall subject. Thank you!!

In business studies (edexcel) I got an A with mark equivalent of 170
Drama (Edexcel) i got an A with mark equiv 258
Additional science (aqa)i got a B mark equiv 316
Further science (aqa) i got an A mark equiv 334
French (aqa) i got a B mark equiv 237

Business you are 10 UMS off an A* as you need 180 marks
Additional science you are 4 UMS off an A as you need 320 marks
Further science you are 26 off an A* as you need 360 marks
For French a B is 240 marks, an A is 280 and an A* is 320 - I have no clue how you got a B in French as 237 is a C grade.

Someone else already did the others so here:

Drama- you got 258, needed 270 for A* so you were 12 raw marks away

No, it's out of 300.
270 - A*
240 -A
210 - B

The OP is only 3 off an A.

Thank you for your help! Do you have a rough idea what 4 UMS points are equivalent in marks?:smile:
