Hi, we are looking for a 4th female flatmate to share our flat which is less than 5 mins walk from City University London.
We are 3 Muslim girls going into our 2nd year of study in Optometry and Speech Therapy. We are friendly and easy going and would prefer a muslim flat mate for ease of food etc
The room on offer is a reasonably sized single room with bed, desk and wardrobe for £145/ wk (bills excluded). A month's deposit will have to be payed up from and 6 weeks rent holding fee. (standard for most London lets)
The rent is very reasonable, especially for the location as there will be no travel costs to commute into uni and the flat is very accessible from Barbican, Farringdon and Angel with local shops very close by. Let me know if you're interested or would like a viewing!
