Nasty calls/leg aches.

My legs really ache if standing too long. especially at work, anm i lazy or could there be something wrong, maybe psychologically.

Its mainly calfs, soles of feet. Really stops me from working longer hours or doing activities.

Also i recived a nasty mobile call today, to do with my sexuality, which was hurtful and was clearly from someone i know, i hung up quickly but i dnt know how to handle it or react. [the call was unknown]

Don't know about the leg thing but I used to get funny calls from a Scottish dude. Sorted it quite easily. Keep the voice calm. That's pretty important. There are two ways to sort out people like this. One tackle them on. Or turn off your mobile and hope they will get bored. I hate the second. People need to contact me and I need to contact them. I need my phone on. So I took them on. I started out softly. Answered the phone and placed it next to the TV speaker. He kept phoning, but the war of attrition waged on and I won. It ended with me telling him how I was finally happy at "that I will soon be getting a finer piece of tail" (i.e him) to make him stop.

Feel out annoying caller to find out what will work best. Telling them that you wish to do naughty things to them isn't likely to work for every crazy person you come across.

The aching legs/feet thing is something that I think pretty much everyone gets if they're on their feet for a long time.

Just try not to think about it during your shift, and put your feet in some cold water afterwards or melt ice cubes onto the places where the blood vessels run (just don't leave them on too long). That's what I've lately taken to doing.

Have you just started standing at work? If so, it'll take a while for your legs to get used to it. I remember that my legs killed for the first week but then they didn't really hurt after that. Try stretching your legs now and again and see if that helps.
