Anyone explain how i went blind for a minute?

I'm curious it was really weird, i felt really hot and like i was going to throw up and then suddenly my vision completely went for quite a while. i was drinking vodka at the time but i didn't feel drunk

anyone explain? i was at an outdoor concert at the time, but it wasn't that crowded/hot

Was it actual vodka or did you drink something that was homemade because people can go blind permanently with that.
I suggest mentioning it to your GP

Low blood pressure perhaps? Sometimes my blood pressure will drop suddenly and my vision goes black even though my eyes are wide open, it makes me dizzy and feel sick too.

I once went blind for a minute after I hadn't eaten all day due to being seasick.

You can go blind if you're about to faint. I think I went blind because I was fainting. Your symptoms sound like you were going to faint too.
