Biochem, Chem Eng Dilemma

Hello,
I intend to apply for Biochem and Chem Eng both at 3 universities each, the PROBLEM - Would they reject me seeing as i have two slightly different courses and if i do go about applying could any of you give me tips as to how to link up both courses in my PS?

Im applying to universities X,Y,Z,V

If im applying to biochem and chem eng at X, would X reject me seeing as i have applied to two different courses?

Could anyone who has applied to either course please PM me his/her personal statement?

Each of your 6 choices, even ones sent to the same uni's, are seen as individual applications and the university never finds out your other choices so the answer to your first question in no. (havent I answered this already?)

That's untrue, if you apply to 2 or more courses at the same university, the university can see both of the courses on each application. I was told this, in person by a UEA admissions tutor. I doubt it will make any difference though if you apply for 2 courses at the same university, it's quite common.
