GCSE results

I just got my gcse results and they are not the best, will that affect me going to uni?

What exactly did you get? It really depends on your A level results, most universities don't focus on GCSE results as much as Oxford for example, you need to focus on nailing your A levels. Good luck!

well I got 1 B 2 C's 3 D's 3 E's and I don't think I'll be able to do A-levels, only Btec :frown:

Your results aren't the best when considering Uni applications but have you checked the local area for say colleges offering A-Level choices as it is extremely difficult to gain entry into a credible uni with BTEC'S

I've looked and they want 4-5 A*-C grades for A-level and I don't have them, so my only option is Btec, but I was thinking of going to Queen Mary
