A cat would bite your head off if it were bigger. Cats are bastards by nature. Thus they are below our level morality and there is nothing wrong with kicking one when you feel angry about something.

On the other hand it's not ok to kick a dog because they are quite nice to people, have large eyes and make sad noises when you accidentally step on their tail (note that in this istuation a cat would hiss at you as if it wanted to eat you).

Eer, was it a metaphor?

If not, then definately, yes.

Reply 3

No its not OK!!

Cats are just like furry little babies

No, that's just kittens.

Kittens are cute, you feel bad and immoral if you kick a kitten.

A cat doesn't expect kindness from you.. it is merely very pleasantly surprised to find that you are feeding it, and now that you are, it realises that this is the way it should be. When you kick a cat, it doesn't look susprised or betrayed, but simply angry at you. It's like kicking a chav only chavs aren't as attractive.

LOL I completely agree with everything you've said. I detest cats. Selfish, stand-offish, vain, arrogant and vicious creatures that leave you on your birthday despite having fed them for a lifetime. Yes, you guessed it, this is personal.

Grr...anthropomorphism is so stupid. Of course it's not ok to kick any animal. Would you like it if something ten times your height booted you out of the way? Exactly. So anyone who does it deserves all the clawing they get.

I wasn't sure if this was a joke thread.

I really prefer cats to, let's say dogs, whom i'd like to kick better...

there was a thread about this before but i can't find it, do any of you remember it?

all sorted!

**** is it OK!

Cats can still feel pain, like you can! And cats are better than dogs, since cats can look after themselves. Dogs are smelly, slobber everywhere and need to be walked. Are they such big babies that they can't walk themselves? :p:

Considering that cats should be considered our overlords as they once were in the past - Hell no.

Those are all human characteristics. Cats arent vain, arrogant or any of those attirbutes (unless you consider all animals to be selfish etc). They're different from us in that they are solitary creatures in the wild, with lions being the only social cat. The human attributes you impose on them are misplaced. Cats have easily been the most misunderstood animal since the Dark Ages where they were considered the embodiment of the devil or an evil omen/linked to witches etc. Their differences do not have to be stigmatised. (having said that, I do realise your post might not be being 100% serious etc)

No!

Unless maybe it's about to be hit by a car and the only way you can move it out of the way is with your foot. That's the only scenario I can thing of.

It's wrong to kick cats but the temptation can be overwhelming.

That's what i love about them. At least they don't follow you around adoringly(what kind of sinister person, ie dog-owner needs that?) and chase sticks into the sea, they are too intelligent to do that, they have more self-respect...

Hmm... I always heard that folk from Manchester looked a bit odd. Didn't realise it was that bad.

Reply 16

If they weed on your shoe then maybe you could??

Reply 17

You see, all the cats' bad points are why I prefer them to dogs. In their vane selfish "I hate your guts and if you were smaller I'd eat you" way they are more intelligent and admirable than dogs.

But yeah, it's still ok to kick them. They deserve it. Like I deserve all the slaps I get for being an arrogant, mean and inappropriate person.

This is one of the strangest threads i have ever seen. And i'm the one who pointed out the discovery of Vampire sea spiders from Antarctica

Of course it's not okay to kick a cat. What a dumb question.
