Hi, I'm a student starting Uni next month, but I've ran into some trouble applying for student finance, I managed to get all of my part done but when my mam logs into her account it says information no longer required, but she still needs to give that financial information. Please help!

Hi there.
Normally if your application waits too long for your sponsors to provide their financial information, the system will automatically approve the app outwith income to ensure students have some funding approved before they start their course.
When this happens your parents will no longer be able to submit information online and will need to do so by paper forms which can be found here: http://bit.ly/1hErcvL
